Graze protein boxes

I've had an email with 30% off graze protein boxes, are they worth getting as a way of getting extra protein in?

Just had a look - I'm allergic to peanuts and it doesn't seem to let you choose the snacks in the box so can't risk ordering. Shame.

@MrsN thats a shame, some of the boxes you can say never send on them would that be an option?

I can't have any of them because last time I checked it said none of them could be guaranteed to be gluten free because of production methods - even if the individual box contained no gluten. I am pretty sure it says the same for all allergies sadly but worth double checking in case it's changed?

You can buy the individual ones in supermarkets (some anyway) but I'm pretty sure most of the protein ones will contain nuts, or traces of.
