Great electric wok !

Hubby bought this electric wok from Argos the other day and we tried it out tonight.

It heated up really quickly and crucially for WLS peeps, you don't need to use any fat or oil at all ! I was convinced the chicken would just stick to the surface when I put it in, but it didn't and it cooked really well.

Looks good, thanks for sharing. I have a George Foreman health grill and the chicken comes out really soft and succulent, fish is great and veggies good too. I guess between us all we have a good range of kitchen gadgets!
