Happy Surgiversary to me

Well one year ago today I was pacing my room in the Spire in Manchester waiting to go for my bypass. I can't believe that 12 months later I have lost 6st 4lbs. People look at me and can't believe I was ever fat. It really is the best thing I have ever spent my money on, its not plain sailing every day food wise, I still have my demons but food doesn't rule my life like it used to.

Good luck to every who has just had their ops or are just about to.
