has anybody tried

NO hon, I'm not at that stage yet. But I would be cautious of the sugar content? What is it?

ive had the caramel ones, the little ones in the bag, like a bag of crisps size. and i was fine, they really are good for a treat, and you dont need to feel guilty either. i didnt dump or anything, i would imagine the choccy ones r a similar thing. hugs x

these are the big ones. they are for 1 rice cake... 62 cals...4.5g sugar....1.1g fat. i would only have 1. desperate for something sweet.

Kay that sounds totally fine. I can cope with anything 5g sugar or under and I know I'm very, very sensitive dumping wise. Nibble and enjoy!

I had some strawberries with low fat yoghurt for a 'sweet' kick earlier today. I do like my puddings! But I don't often have room these days!:D

i reckon with any of the snack a jacks youd be ok huni, theyre ideal for a suppery snack arnt they. enjoy x

Just to really tempt you, mix some vff fromage frais with a sachet of chocolate orange option powder (only no water needed) it makes a lovely thick dip or spread for your snack a jack. Oh the decadence of it all yum yum xxx

has anybody tried snack a jacks chocolate chip. are they ok post op.
I have tried one, it was ok, but not my thing. I prefer the BBQ, Sweet Chilli, Prawn Cocktail & sour cream & chive ones.
