Not been on properly for awhile just nip in now and then I just find it easier with the waiting formy op date if I try and putit to the back of my mind and comming on here daily was not making me do that .

Hope you are all keeping well fingers crossed my next post will be me posting my Op date.

Thanks Samsara im okish is the answerto that one my chronic fatigue is playing havoc at the moment andI have been having accupunture for pain relief. This didnt help me if anything it made things worse as I had to take my morphinewhich i havent needed for a while. But oh well if I didnt try it I wouldnt know lol. I have been told by hosp that my op will be in April so hopefully will hear something next month with a confirmed date. Hope you are well and keeping busy too. xx

Sorry to hear of your recent pain I'm getting by! I have been busy getting various bits and bobs in for post-surgery so that has been time consuming! I'm also anticipating an April date so maybe we will be going for surgery around the same time?! x x

The waiting for a date was awful - I felt like my life was on hold - couldn't plan ahead. But all things pass.

Hi hun it wasnt for the CFS it was for bursitus and arthuritus i am hypersensitive to regualer pain meds ican take paracetamol and ibruprofen which doesnt touch the pain the next meds up tramadol, declafenic, and the patches im allergic too so I have an emg supply of oramorph in the fridge for the very bad days............ gawd i hate my body...........:flirt2:

anyway a friend has recently tried "reiki" and recomends it so I may give it go I try anything if it helps.
