Hi, I'm new to all this - I registered some time last year but can't find my posts (maybe I just lurked?!).

I'm female, fat and in her 40's.

I've seen a consultant surgeon, and am currently having group counselling with some lovely psychologists and group members.

I've yet to truly make up my mind about surgery, maybe the counselling will give me the strategies I need to conqueror this on my own, but it's good to know you're all here for support.
