Help am stuck need advice

Hello guys any ideas how to get my weight loss moving again I am 8 months out and it's not moving this month. I was losing well till recently (10st 12lbs lost) and am not sure what I am doing wrong now. Any help would be fab thanks
 
I've not had op yet, but from what I have read, the answer is change. Increase fluids, increase exercise, look at what you eat and tweak it.
 
like wobble said, try different foods, and do a different type of exercise, try to shock your body into moving lol good luck mate :) xxx
 
I was always told when stuck its just your body getting used to what your eating and just slight changes can alter weight loss try a ten minute extra walk every day or something like swop one food for another

When I've done diets before and had a stall I would try and shock my body and it often worked. Something I found worked well was to do interval training at the gym - so on a treadmill I would run for a minute then walk for a minute, and repeat for as long as I could keep it up. You can do the same on the cross trainer and the bike etc. If you don't use a gym just increasing and decreasing the intensity of whatever exercise you do in a pattern will help keep your heart rate up but because of the decrease you can keep going a lot longer than if stayed flat out all the time. I also think this approach can work with food too. If you have a few days at your maximum amount of calories and then a few days when you cut it down by a hundred or too. See if that will help keep your body guessing. Like it's been said some times when just need a change up but with how much you've lost I do think it's normal to have a bit of a stall.
