help with pics

can someone help,Ive loaded up a picture but its not showing on my profile,
I keep getting a message saying file cannot be loaded..help!

Sorry cant help with the pic, but wish i knew how to put one up. The trouble is im not good on this site and even plain english isnt good enough for me lol. I have some pics stored in my documents but iv not tryed putting one on here. Sure someone will be along to help you x
