Herbalife Shakes???

Has anyone used herbalife shakes as their pre-op diet and beyond? I like their taste and find slim fast & tesco too sweet?

Hi, did you ask your dietician about this? I'm planning on having Herbalife post op as well, mainly because my sis is a distributor so I get a discount! ? Plus, as you say, they're quite nice tasting.

I used them preop for a bit mainly had loads in the cupboards.

Yes dietician said they were fine, stocked up and ready to go, roll on Monday, I getting very nervous!!!
