Protein shakes

Hi

As part of pre op and then on to fluids and onwards can you halve protein shakes as part of it with milk, or is this something that is after op? I have 4 options to choose from for pre op and was just wondering about protein shakes or are these a no no

Hi, I took why protein isolate as part of my pre op high protien-low carb diet
I took 2x30g drinks a day.
I prefered mine mixed witth water plus that way thy are only 100 cals a drink.
This left me 800 cals for rest of day. I lost 17lbs on the diet. Victoria xx
