im 4 weeks post band opp and omg im finding it so hard at the mo as i have no restriction as of yet so im finding my self allways looking for food :( but i do go for healty stuff like fish ect i ove spinich at the mo and carnt seem to get enought of it lol but it is also my time of the month and im like a choc monster its all i crave :cry::break_diet:i carnt wait to get my band filed on the 6th march i rilly need it and i also carnt wait to be abel to go swimming and get in the gym as this will help with the weight loss and the toning part i have lost 10lbs o t least that is somthing and i idnt hve to do a pre opp diet so it has only been since i have had the band put in .
 
keep your chin up babe....its 12 days till your first fill thats under 2 weeks....I know it must be so hard but you have come a long way....and your now on the right side of loosing it all
 
keep on its not long to your first fil to help you on your way.
