I had a 2 week sick note from Dolan Park following my op.
The pain I felt after the op was like I had done about 500 sit ups! That type of feeling. Bearable. I only took pain killers (liquid paracetamol) for the first 48 hours.
You will be fine and it will all be worth it.
Just do exactly as you are told by your providor x x
