Hi

Hi Danielle and welcome to minis. Where are you having your op and NHS or private. Any questions fire away always someone that will help

Hi and welcome to minis, dont worry chick most of us have been through it and survived to tell the tale....I saw it as something very positive and was not scared once I knew I could not continue living my life the way I was as being over weight gave me sleep apnea which in turn gave me horrible daily headaches and fatigue I now feel ten years younger and sleep so much better....the benefits far out weigh any concerns in my mind...we are all here for you...xx

Hi welcome to Mini's and you will be fine, you have a great surgeon for your op,

I was also private and had my done at the london independent. I too saw this as a positive move for me, way of improving my life and was not scared more nervous and excited then anything

I wanted to go home the night before my op and I did lie in the hospital bed crying but Im so glad i didnt leave and the future looks good

Hi Danielle,

Welcome to Mini's. It's perfectly natural to be nervous, it would be strange if you weren't! Just remember the reasons for doing it, and that you are in the hands of an excellent surgeon :)

Shel
