How has everyone gone on with eating whilst on holiday, have been really good but it's a struggle eating out sometimes x

I went down to France. Yes it was a bit of a struggle but I kept to fish & starters when eating out.

Usually stick to fish if in doubt but today my pouch has taken a dislike to it, it's weird how it all works will prob stick to soup tonight to be on the safe side x

Yes agree. One of my fav fish pre op was poached salmon ,now I find it too fishy & strong.
