Thanks everyone doing well still feeling a little light headed when I stand but ok otherwise, lost 10 pound so am pleased x

Seminar at SRH: June 2010 weight: 17st 7
1st appointment September 2010: to lose 4 pounds
2nd appointment january 2011: weight 17st 11 omg!!! told one more chance.

4th appointment 2nd september 2011 endoscopy weight: 16st 3
Put on waiting list from that date

Got phone call for operation on the 10th november 2011
Pre-op diet starts: 25th Novemeber 2011
Pre-op date: 29th November 2011(weight @pre op: 16st 1
Surgery date: Had surgery 6th december 2011
