im on day 6 of mine and my opp is 4th feb so think its just over 3 weeks i will be on mine for the first 4 days are hard and i did cheat once but after that its ok im doing well now and in 6 days ive lost 8lb its hard but worth it but strong and good luck x

I have to do mine for a minimum of 2 weeks. I started yesterday and my op is 6th Feb so I will have done 2 weeks 4 days.

I did my pre op diet for 5 weeks and that included xmas

i have been told it for 2 weeks my menu for the first 11 days are a low cal, low carbs I have to do the milk diet for the last 3 days.
