hummus - from WLS cook book

Slim for 2009
Portion = 1/4 cup
Calories 65.5
Fat 4 g
carbs 6.4 g
protein 2g

16 oz can chick peas
3 garlic cloves sliced
1/3 cup tahini (sesame paste)
2 tabs lemon juice
2 tabs olive oil
Puree everything together and add water as necessary to reach required consistency
 
WW Humous recipe

1 clove garlic
410 g canned chick peas
200g low fat/very low fat soft cheese plain or garlic and herb
lemon juice

whizz everything together in food processor!
I find chick pease can be hard to liquidise (they broke one of mine!) so be careful!!
