thanks everyone.. i was so scared i couldnt do it. and yes it was the milk and oxo! i did it though im really happy they said my op should be 6-8 weeks... i hope its nearer 8 as im moving in 6! dont do things by halfs ay! ill keep everyone on here posted but for now im all smiles and enjoying the 600 calories a day i can now eat dont so much like the 2 pints of milk thou x
