Discharged from hospital this morning. Now in hotel room watching daytime tv, glad I work lol.

Pain not as bad as I thought so far lol.

Met Kevinireland and his lively partner. we were in the same room in hospital.

Great hospital, St Elizabeth in Zottegem Belgium. Pity the same can't be said about the taxi drivers employed by the service providers, I will be complaining about them once back in UK.

Wow good on you windy pants, here's to a speedy recovery. I will be in Belgium for my band on 25th, any advice?

If it's via wls here is what I found.
If your flying go to main Brussels airport other one is too far.
I am staying an extra night , part of the package. Better for recovering?
Bring some indigestion tablets.
Bring some bottles of water.
Dont just bring hand luggage, have some hold baggage, useful for bringing water over and no problems with the anti blood clot injections being in cabin on way back.
Have someone with you if at all possible.
Bring loose clothing.
There is a macdonalds opposite the Otis hotel lol.
Do not tell plane company that u have had an operation.

Thanks for the tips windy I appreciate all the information I can get. I am staying an extra night in the hotel too so hopefully the flight won't be too bad. As long as I can walk ok and not require searching because it looks like I am a dodgy drug smuggler.
