Iron tablet problems

Has anyone suffered with nausea and committing with their iron tablets?

Previously I've had problems with iron both in liquid and tablet form. I'm 5.5 weeks post sleeve and been taking iron for about a week and a half. The nausea is building hourly and there has been vomitting too. I'm thinking of going on to spa tone. Has anyone used this?

Any advice greatly received as sitting in my office with the bin next to me permanently!!

Sorry not had to take them yet - have you called your dietician you check. I know there are a few more alternatives x
