It depends on your LSD requirements. If you are doing a low calorie LSD you might find your calories are better spent on food that has more Protein in it - keeps you full longer.
Sushi can be very low in fat, but also quite high in carbs. It's that old balancing act again.
If your provider has given you guidelines and it's not on there, I would avoid it - you can introduce it back into your diet further down your journey.
