thanks, I feel a lot better than yesterday thats for sure!!
I go on the 1st July for my tests etc and they will then give me the pre-op diet, another appointment on the 11th and then the op on the 16th.

Thanks so much, yes I was getting fed up of playing the waiting game, I totally appreciate that a lot of people have had to wait longer but you do get frustrated when lots of people around you are having their ops done and you've waited longer. You can only stay positive for so long. I can't describe how happy I am today! My other half's birthday today so off out for a chinese tonight so it will be a double celebration now!!
Anyway how are you feeling today, hopefully better than in the last couple.

Well it was nice but I didn't by any means over indulge and even brought half of it home. I didn't even have a drink either but I think I'll rectify that tomorrow night!
Meeting the lovely Caroline tomorrow so looking forward to that too but got to say I'm still soooooooo happy about it all and can't wait to get on the losing side xxxx

wow! nic and emma you are so good! i had a dozen last suppers and drank as much as possible. i was very good by having only liquids in the 48 hours leading up to the op, rather than the 24 hours recommended but that was only cos i was worried the op would be delayed if my tum wasnt empty but appart from that....i made a right pig of myself! good on u for being so composed and well behaved. just goes to show ur committment to the op and the results of it. xxxxxxxxx
