Awww Angel... good to hear from you too Keeley.
Beth rang me she is all done and it went well... she is on the Losers Bench as from Monday.
Karen was having her op at 2pm today and she was feeling up for it just before... so still waiting to hear from Karen.... will let you know.

Hope she's ok and txts soon to let us know, she's probs very out of it still tho I bet!
I've not heard much at all luv I'm still fighting for the octreotide injections at the moment, my next apointment with the dietician at derby is 23rd dec so I'm strict dieting at the mo because I'm back up to 24 st again so I've got 4 weeks to shift a stone atleast. My
Mum and me av joined weight watchers again because there doing a new diet now which is similar to the old one but fruit is free now and you get weekly points aswell as your daily points (like an overdraft) mums paying to actually go to the meetings tho this time to Helprin keep me on track.
What about you Hun? you sticking to diet now? it's hard isn't it this time of year with all the Xmas choccies n cakes cuming out

It's a month and you can make a difference!
I gained a stone, been on steroids and long term strong antibiotics with a pleurisy infection... hardly been out for weeks... so I'm a stone heavier due to medication and not exercising at present... and I can really feel the extra weight... not good....
