Kick start to weight loss!!!!

NEED TO LOSE!
I will be 20 weeks post op on Monday and I need to kick start my loss again.... I have been up and down like a bloody yo-yo these last 6 weeks. Lost 7lb but thats been 1lb here, 4lb there, 2lb and nothing in between????? It seems my weight has slowed down and I am not ready for it yet, I got at least another 4st to go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been eating a lot of protein and always hammer the water, making sure I get my intake right. I just don't know what else I can do?????
 
Exercise is the only key for me! x

I exercise 2-3 times a week plus I am never still at work as very physical job. I just at a loose end... xx
 
What about a diet shake up.? Sometimes eating the same foods causes our body to get used to it? I know when I joined ww I was sceptical as was then eating more carbs etc but it got me moving so was going to knock it!x
