Lactose. Bleurgh!

I found that I cannot tolerate Lactulose since my op. God it's awful and makes me so ill. I find that Movical, doesn't really help. Is there anything I can try that people find effective?

I use glycerol suppositories as my pouch cant take laxatives at all!
