Well I am three weeks post op and my weight loss has well and truly slowed down only 1lb this week, still its going in the right direction

every pound you lose is still a good loss. your only three weeks out and like myself your body is still getting used to changes and your new way of life. my weight has slowed down and im not gonna beat myself up im gonna lose more weight one week than others just be giving yourself time. your doing really well.
