When you are asked what your best tip is for success with a band what do you say? I'm just starting out and don't have great restriction at the minute and looking for your wisdom and experience on how to make it work. Thank you in advance ?

follow the rules....even without restriction you can achieve amazing results good luck

My tip is to judge your success with a tape measure more than the scales

Thank you I must admit I'm struggling to stick to rules and break the habits but I'm certainly eating smaller portions
