Low blood sugar levels 2.9

oh thats so wrong...as suggested ove, give NHS Direct a call.. tell em yor not feeling well and that youroc is not concerned! x

Oh no, I couldn't upset him whilst he's working on my plastics refferal.

I'll be fine, think I just panicked last night.

Anyhow he said 2.9 wasn't really a huge concern and I trust him.

No, the sugars don't make me dump when I'm having a hypo, and I do dump with sugar generally so it's not that. When you've got nowhere to be then you'll have to experiment, if you do dump (and I doubt you will) then sleep it off, it's only temporary.

i find it comes on when i've done too much busy housework or (pre op )walked the dog too far or fast i was told to always carry dextrose and have 3, 1 won't do it or as Rayne says a banana but dextrose will sort it out quicker , it does feel horrible but if you know the time of day it's happening try to have something to eat around the time and see if that helps.
