I can send you the Whittington pre op if you like - 1000 calories a day but all food groups involved and it works!

mine was that one low fat food low carb so mainly meat fish veg fruit eggs and a slice of bread aday

I used to have egg on toast for breaky then meat and sald for dinner and meat and veg for tea

Sorry I can't help with this. I did the milk and yoghurt one and even they difer from one hospital to anotherxx
