I've had mine done, not at the L&D (had to go private) but by the same surgeons, Mr Whitelaw and Mr Jain. Good luck to you though!

hi, i'm having a sleeve gastrectomy at L&D on 7th jan, that means my last meal will be my xmas dinner (what a lovely meal to go out on) then milk diet from boxing day.
i have a friend thats having a bypass on 7th dec with mr whitelaw.

Hey Rybens thanks mate and for all the posts on here We will be at the same point together You getting nervous Rybens im quite looking forward to it but sure ill be nervous as it gets closer, will be starting my pre op diet soon

i still dont think its going to happen iv waited so long for it lol so no nerves as yet i started my pre op diet today , just want it over with to be honest x when do you start your pre op diet and what is it ? x

Hey Rybens i start my pre op diet on 3rd december as long as everything goes well on thursday Not sure what diet it will be yet but i would presume it will be the milk diet.

Good luck for your op, I'm at the L&D too but I'm on the 5% weightloss bit...have my next appt on 4th Dec then hopefully will have my op Feb or March x
