Maintenance and Medication!

Hi all you post op Sleevers

Can you fill me in on what medication you have to take in relation to your sleeve i.e. vitamins etc

Also any other maintenance that is needed and recommended by your surgeon i.e. no idea what that's why I am asking lol

Oh and how long were you off work for?
I have just started a new job and don't want to be off too long. Ironically my old job I would have happily stayed off for months and that was desk based. My new job isn't but I don't want to be seen as a slacker lol
