You're doing great, I had to wait almost a year for any noticible restriction and in the end I just started calorie counting to gain some control. As it turned out, following a healthy eating plan/calorie control plan is easy compared to before the band as you do get fuller faster than before the op...even if you don't yet have your sweet spot. I wish I had tried that before but I did it the hard way round! Please don't fret, just keep in contact with the provider and if you have little restriction and you're worried how you are coping..tell them so..I made the mistake of trying to muddle through on no restriction for too long and got very discouraged.
