mandy worrying no!

hey guess what mandys in a panic again. feels like im coming down with something. im knackered which i put down to the stones limiting my diet but i now feel like im getting something. im really worrying as usual . got 20 days to go can i do anything? will it be ok if i get something now:cry:xxx
 
If it is just a cold it will be over in a couple of days try not too worry!:hug99:

its odd cos at the moment i do feel like ive got a cold just achey legs and dont feel right. feel like no energy and yuk
 
Worrying about it will just make you feel worse. Tell yourself you haven't got anything. Failing that, cuddle up in a cosy duvet with a cup of cocoa and a good book. I hope you feel better soon Mandy.:sick: And try not to worry, hun. xx
 
havent got to start pre op till week before which im dreading. i feel so sick sorry but ive had enough.x
 
p.m.a!! and in large doses if you think to yourself you are well you will feel better wallowing in feeling crappy makes you feel worse try geoing in garden for some fresh air take a couple of paracetemol and get some vit c in yourself then have a cosy night on sofa doing your fav things worst case you got a cold will be gone in a few days xx

Maybe you could do with taking a look at the cosmic ordering thread :)

OH has man flu at the moment, I have a stinking cold along with half of the nation, my pre op diet starts next week and I too have gall stones......these are the very least of my worries, in fact I havent even got time to really worry about them and if I did I'm not sure I would.

You need some serious distraction gal ;) can you take up a hobby or something to take your mind off things? Yoga or meditation are good :)

It is porbably worry and stress that is making you physically ill in the first place.

Hope you have'nt started with some cold Mandy but the others are right.Thinking positive will help you. Just think you can't have anything serious because you don't want your op to be delayed and you may find you cheer yourself up a bit. Hugs to you sweetheart and not long now to your op so you have to keep wellxx
