Thank you all for your kind messages.
Well I'm packed and ready for tomorrow morning (pass me my brown trousers ), up at 5am shower, leave home at 6am, my wife and two sons are coming with me, I've asked Matthew, my oldest son, to let you all know what's happening.
I've lost 23lb in this last two weeks on that liver diet, that's some diet.
