Starting a new thread hopefully you can participate.
Morning - hard boiled egg & half of a banana.
Lunch - vegetable stew.
Dinner was. The pic.
Four salami slices with
My Guacamole Tuna Mix on top
N a few cubes of cheese.... finished about three of them.
Lots of water all day l. snacked on some mixed nuts through out the day + yogurt with some protein powder
TUNA MIX
in a bowl mix up can of tuna with
Avocado, lemon, lil mayo and some hot sauce. And once its mixed i added a little bit of shredded cheese
