Meal measure???

Some of these measuring things, including the meal plate, would still be too big a portion for having a band. You should get guidelines from your provider in terms of portion size, such as 100g protein. Then just invest in a set of scales and weigh everything out :)
 
Its a good idea in principle but I agree with TC, get your dietician to show you the ideal plate size and what it should consist of. Remember, lean protein and veg should be our primary focus x
