Milk Diet

I will be having the balloon fitted within the next couple of months. (Been cancelled once), But I would like to give the milk diet a go beforehand to see if I can tolerate it. If I can't then I can try the other one.

Can someone please pm me the diet details. It would be appreciated.

this should help its the best pre op diet and quite easy to stick too
