i love minis theres a seroius side to it, but i think a little humour in peoples lives as they go through there weight loss journey what ever way people choose to take on that journey, its free to chuckle have a giggle, laughing is an uplift, and makes people feel better thro hard times during there chosen path of weight loss.

janie, im the joker in the pack, i have my seriuos side and also my sense of humour, the laughter is important, its a a break from the every day mundane life/struggles with weight loss, its free to laugh, giggle costs nothing, its a break from the normality of constantly thinking food, its helped me get through my journey i hope it can with others to.

I must agree minimins is wonderful and I'm so glad I found it. I think the whole wls road could be pretty lonely if we did'nt have this forum, to make good friends on and share our experiences with each other.....it keeps me sane when I feel like a nutjob! lol

its cause we are all a pack of nutters really ... think about it some of us are the size to be able to have 3 humors or is that just physcophrenic lolol .....

yea this site is great its a like a huge family with open arms always willing to cuddle more people .. theres no waiting list and theres always someone here no matter what time day or night to offer a shoulder or some advice ..

i do use other places for information but this is the place i always come and find my friends who are going through the same as me ..

fat can keep you locked away but while on here you feel like your out at a party ... theres always something interesting to read.

and i have learned so so so much with this place i always tell people at the hospital and any fat groups i go to about here lol ...

How fantastically true, it applies to a few people on here a few.

On minis we are/have been in the same situation, have similar if not the same feelings, thoughts and worries. It is the one place I know that I can be truely honest and open and up front with out fear of judgement, ridicule or nastiness aswell as find understanding and great friendships.

Life is far too short for misunderstandings, squables and silly pettiness
