Lol... You guys make me smile. Why the he'll have I waited till now ...63 years old.. To do this?

I am now 86 kgs.. Prob will not loose much more but I do hope to get to 80kgs..

Everything in my life is different.. I could list pages and pages but the biggest thing is that I no longer diabetic and have normal blood pressure!!

Sure did miss you at the meeting futureperfect !! Hope to see you soon

After living with that 'other' person for so many years - i have NEVER been thin or even thinish.. I still cant get my head around the new me. Walk past a mirror or reflection and it still makes me look twice...
It does take time for the head to get where the body is..

No more Morbid obese, grossly obese, generally obese, or even obese..

6 months out of my bypass .. I have lost just on 8 stone.

I AM NOW ONLY OVERWEIGHT... BMI under 30.. weigh 79.8 kgs I cant begin to tell you how I feel.

Thanks... At my age of 63 I need to grab every extra year I can.. My dad died at 61 !!

What an amazing year it has been. I think that I have settled at where I will be which I am quite happy with. After being a size 28/30 most of my life.. For me Size 16 is a good place to be and am in mid 12 stone
