I caught a glimpe of a stranger in the full length mirror this morning who I did not recognise I had to take a second glance and realised it was me . Needless to say I usually avoid mirrors at all costs and only look when I have to ... what a delightful shock I had.

I always remember at various slimming clubs them spouting out ''nothing tastes as good as being slim does''. I used to think what a load of trollop.
