I have taken the advice of others and been looking at my lack of protein intake!
I've just had some mussels in garlic sauce. Hardly any fat, lots of protein, warmed up in a few minutes in the microwave, picked them out of the shells slowly. No chance of rushing these! Used to eat the full portion as a starter, now I only managed half as my main course
