hi all is it right that mr slater is now doing bypass via keyhole instead of open just wandered if anyone has had mr slater do a keyhole/

I thought he did both as do most surgeons, just depends or so i was told when i had mine done by shaw somers on the size of your belly. xx

It would be good if he did do key hole as well would'nt it? Sorry I don't know though as I had a different surgeon.

they all do both and they do keyhole if possible as it better recovery

i was told by christine that mr slater only does open thats why i was reffered to him but debbiejane said mr slater has just started doing keyhole so maybe i will have keyhole aftr all

I had keyhole surgery done by Mr Slater on the 18th of June. He did say that he hasn't done many so maybe he has just started doing it. I'm fine so I guess he must have done a good job..
