Multivitams

Hiya... i have found that after i take my multivitam i feel a bit queasy ten mins later.. and the hospital has said that it can be quite common..

has this happened to you?

they have said i can take my vitamin before i go to bed at least then i will go to sleep... ask my d today if i can take an anti sickness tab the same time and they have said not a problem...so gonna try this tonight and see.

i dont know they were given by the hospital but they finish in two days and ie got some mini capsules from docs so they might be better..i will see when i try them lol x

Must say I've tried two different types and they both have horrible taste even though I swill them down quick lol

I'm still on the chewable ones from Boots, I've not had any problem with them and I take them first thing in the morning. Good luck tonight.

ooh the bottle doesnt say as it was given to me by the hospital... but ive only got two left.... ooh just thought my doctor has done a repeat prescription and i picked them up today and you take two tiny gel capsules... i might just go straight on them and have them in a bit... they might be a lot better.. i will throw the hospital ones away x

ooh i solved it... i through the hospital ones away... and took the vitamins my doctor gave me and woohoo no sicky feeling... i think prob resolved... ooh the stink though!! lmoa
