hiya guys thank you so much for all your lovely words they mean so much ive lost 73% of my body weight the estimated amount your expected to lose in teh 1st yr is 70% so im happy with that hehehe i would like to lose another 19lbs then i will be done but if i dont get there im not to bothered as im quite happy where i am now i only want to lose more so i get a healthier bmi love n hugs lin.x

oh btw the dietician said what i have experienced with my pouch is all normal i just have to really work hard at things now coz as karl said the honeymoon period is over sob sob wish it wasnt im not at goal yet lol grrrrrrrr never mind ive rejoined ww as on monday this week and i told the dietician this and she said thats a brill thing to do as it will make eat right and keep me focused love lin.x
