New changes to funding criteria due in April

Does anyone know about the proposed new changes to funding criteria that is due in April.

Rumor has it that the new criteria will be a benefit to people like me who have a MBI which is 50+

can anyone heard anything?

I haven't heard anything specific but did read somewhere that there will be increased funds for bariatric surgery as there is to be more focus on obesity.
I will keep an eye & ear out.

no sorry chick - I know our hospital are changing things in as much as they give you a cooling off period of 8 weeks and from what the others have said if you have put weight on in between your initial consult and your pre op they won't do the op. but not heard anything more.
