Hi I'm new hope I'm doing this right I am awaiting my bypass op appointment been waiting nearly 3 years (just due to the long wait for appts) really scared about it . I have recently lost 3st 4lbs seen Jan so that surgery will go better. starting weight was 23st 2lbs but kinda ready for this journey to begin xxx

Welcome and good luck - you have done a great job pre op, every lb off pre op is one you don't have to loose post op to get to goal! XX
