newbie bypass at Sunderland help!!

Hi there I'm new to the forum I was just wondering if someone could help me with something

I have my 2nd appointment at Sunderland on Monday for the bypass and I have met the weight loss target set by the team.. I was just wondering what is the next step and what to expect at my appointment on Monday??
