Newbie hello

Hi

I am new to this forum. I have been to see my gp 2 days ago and he is referring me to darlington hospital for wls as I believe they have a shorter waiting list than Sunderland. I am excited and nervous at same time and am at the moment going through an emotional rollercoaster. My gp said I fit the criteria my bmi is 57 and I am 37. Does anyone know does this mean I have the funding or is this decided by the surgeon?
I am so happy I have found this forum and already it has answered my many questions

If you have your seminar date you have funding & by your bmi you fit the criteria don't worry it's all in place xx
