Newbie here,any advice for overseas surgery

Hello group, am having my band fitted on 6th April in Brussels...
Has anyone got any advice for overseas surgery?
I've done all my research and feel I've got the best surgeon for me.
Am still a little apprehensive about the whole procedure.
