You have to be very specific as regards to the information you want. They will only give you what you ask for. You need to contact the information governance department of the primary health trust in the area you live. They will be the best people to advise you, regarding the information you need

Everyone is entitled to see their medical records! I did personal injury law for a while and we were always requesting them with the clients authority, they can only charge you up to £50 for copying.
